The “Seed Loaves” were born in a quest to create a real cheese from plant-based milk. During production, the nut cream is fermented naturally and then matured into ripened wheels.
All the ingredients are natural, from the nut milk to the ferment! We make them by hand to guarantee their quality.
It is a living and vegan food, as it is neither cooked nor contains animal protein (lactose). The activated and fermented seeds are a source of vegetable protein, minerals such as calcium and magnesium, as well as health-promoting enzymes, pre- and probiotics.
Each type of nut gives us its own special aroma, taste, texture and colour, making each Seed Loaf unique and delicious.
